At this point you need to light your Kamado and place your baking stone on the grill. Let your coal burn down until they are all grey. If the stone is too hot on the bottom the bread will burn.

Scrape out your dough. Do not punch down. We want the air in the dough.

Shape dough into loaves.

Score top of loaves to give it cool look. Cool

Place dough on stone and check it out in about 20 minutes.

Bread should be done when it sounds hollow. Thump it with your finger.

Still tasted good after we chisled the burnt off. Smile

Well we gave it a shot. Seems we had to much charcoal in the Kamado and the stone got too hot.
