Amos attempts to bake bread?

Ingredients:

  1. White flour (12 oz.)
  2. Wheat flour (6 oz.)
  3. 12 1/2 oz. water
  4. 1 packet of yeast
  5. Salt

Kamado (thanks Uncle Kurt and Aunt Kitty) with a round baking stone.

You will need a Kamado and round baking stone. Measure out all your flour.

bread1Put in your yeast and mix in. Then add your salt and mix.

Add your water and mix thoroughly.

Dust counter lightly. Then slap the dough on the counter.

Work dough over like a wave and then slap down on counter. Keep doing this until dough does not stick to your hands.

Form tight ball by folding in to the center like below.

Dust bowl and ball.

Cover with towel and let rest until it doubles.
