Los Amigos

Los Amigos is a youth hostel, restaurant and they offer internet service. I went there for breakfast and it was very good. The bill came to 30 Q and that includes fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee/tea. They have parrots roaming around and don't be surprised to find a parrot climbing up your leg to grab some food off your plate.
Very nice dinning and chill out area. They have a library that you can read a book while in the hostel. The parrots have there own hang out area in the hostel.
Breakfast was good and the wait was not long. The staff are friendly and the hostel is very clean.
Price for a typical breakfast is around 30 Q (4 US dollars). Also, you might consider staying at the hostel. I've never stayed at the hostel, but lots of people seemed pleased with the accommodations.
Dorm rooms go for 25 Q.
Private rooms are 60 Q.
