She introduced herself to me as “Beastie” at the local library. Beastie was having some trouble with her computer, so I gave her some quick trouble shooting advice. I’m 6 foot 2 inches tall and Beastie stands at 5 foot 9 inches tall, yet I felt like I was looking up at her. Beastie told me a little about herself and we agreed to do an article on my web site.

She told me about being born in Burbank, California and raised by her father on their horse ranch in California. She learned about responsibility at a very young age working hard doing chores on their horse ranch. As a young girl she would often ask herself “is there a bigger world out there?”

Strong, independent, feminine, voluptuous is how Beastie describes herself and lives her life. She does have a true name and it’s Kelle Favara, but I will refer to her as Beastie here.

Doing all that physical work on the ranch made her strong and by the forth grade she was arm wrestling boys and beating them pretty good. Ever the lady she would compliment them on their effort. She was just a young girl and the boys took it pretty hard getting beat by a “girl!” Little did they know they had just tangled with the future world renowned female pro wrestler “Beastie the road warrior!”

The #1 tip for getting ready to travel?

Buy your plane ticket to your destination! I’ve always found that the only way to truly get ready for leaving home is to purchase your plane ticket. That forces you to mentally get all the little stuff done around home.

"Adventure is just bad planning."
